Britta started her real estate career in 2003 on the real estate appraisal side of the business. This gave her tremendous experience in valuing all types of real estate, for a wide variety of clients including the major lending institutions and Municipal & Provincial Governments.
Britta carries this experience with her to her real estate sales business, allowing her clients to have confidence in the vast knowledge she brings to the table.
She has a strong work ethic, and focuses on her clients needs with honesty and integrity. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the buying and selling process via open lines of communication. Her desire is to offer a high level of service and build up long term, lasting relationships with her clients and to give them a comfort level in doing business with her time and again.
Not only does Britta run her business in York Region, but lives in the East Gwilimbury area for the past 30 years and has raised a family here. She is familiar with the area from a personal and real estate view point and is confident she can find you the property you are looking for. Britta loves the outdoors, from kayaking to walking trails with her two dogs. Britta has a passion for archery, gardening and baking.
